Privacy Policy

This policy describes the data the GenMediaa hosted service at genmediaa.com handles, and what the WordPress plugin sends to that service. The plugin is an interface to the service. It does not contact GenMediaa until an administrator clicks Activate to verify an API Key.

You sign in with Google. We receive the name, email address, and profile image Google provides for that account. While you are signed in, a session may include your IP address and browser user agent. You are responsible for that Google account and for every API Key you create.

When an administrator clicks Activate, the plugin sends the entered API Key to GenMediaa for verification, including unsuccessful attempts. Only a valid key is stored in the WordPress database on that site. Deactivate removes it from the site and does not delete it on the Dashboard. Deleting the plugin removes the stored key from the site.

A Generation sends the API Key, the prompt, the selected options (model, quality, quantity, and aspect ratio), and any Reference Images to the hosted API. The block also reads Credit cost and Balance for the current options. The plugin does not load scripts or styles from third-party CDNs.

We do not collect product analytics, Pricing visits, activation funnels or Insert events. We retain API Key, Generation and payment records needed to operate the service, manage shared Balance and prevent abuse, along with necessary security and operational logs.

Generation uses Google Gemini image models. We send the prompt, options, and Reference Images to those models so they can return Previews. That request goes through Vercel AI Gateway, or through OpenRouter when that route is in use.

We do not save the prompt text or the Reference Image bytes in the GenMediaa database. We save a record of the Generation: model, quality, quantity, how many Previews came back, Credits, status, and time.

Checkout uses Dodo after Google sign-in. Dodo processes the payment and records the User's Credit Balance. We store the Plan, Dodo identifiers, payment and Credit-grant records, introductory eligibility and confirmed expiry, and Paid-through. We do not store card numbers or send application-authored introductory setup or pre-charge reminder emails. Dodo may send payment receipts. Current prices are on the Pricing page. Chosen Previews are saved in that site’s Media Library. The prompt can remain in the post as part of the GenMediaa block. Those copies are on your site. GenMediaa does not host them.
